where we started
before the sensors and the ai, there was a hole in a piece of metal. pinhole pro is photography reduced to its physics — a professional pinhole lens series machined from solid aluminum, grown into a four-lens family. it was rapive's first campaign, and it set the pattern: design it ourselves, build it properly, sell it directly.
machined, not molded.
each lens body is cnc-machined aluminum with a precision-etched aperture. no glass to coat, no electronics to fail — an instrument you keep for decades. the discipline we learned making it still runs through everything we ship.
